With planning permission and utilities in place, the process is simple and stress free.
We have a selection of plots available across our Herefordshire sites, which we will summarise below. Purchase your plot through Webbs Meadows, and then you’ll work with our build partners, Oakwrights, to design an energy-efficient oak framed home. Their turnkey management service handles everything from planning to completion.
Webbs Meadow Phase 1 - all sold
Webbs Meadow 1, our first development, consists of 13 plots which have now all been sold. Close to the village, yet with uninterrupted country walks literally from their doorsteps, there are a mix of plot sizes with homes from 2 to 5 bedrooms.
