‘WEBBS MEADOWS’ was born out of the original award-winning self-build development Webbs Meadows. In partnership with local award-winning oak framed specialists Oakwrights, we are now lucky enough to be able to bring forwards two more developments with fantastic self-build opportunities.
Lyonshall and Almeley are both picturesque villages with a rich history and character. We respect the importance of this heritage which is why Webbs Meadows homes are oak framed, bespoke designed, taking into account the local architecture. The new additions will contribute to the future of the villages, supporting initiatives and stimulating income to create a sustainable future.
Phase 2 at Webbs Meadow, Lyonshall, consists of 4 high quality village plots with outline planning permission.
Spring Grove Meadow, Almeley, consists of 4 high quality rural plots, surrounded by open countryside and around 1 mile from the village of Almeley.
Both developments are walking distance from their respective villages, boasting the rolling Herefordshire countryside on its doorstep. Extensive footpaths and open fields are perfect for long country walks and exploration of the stunning local area.
Most people lament the loss of those places where we can come together, to relax, to shop or to welcome visitors. For four hundred years, The Royal George was a landmark Inn and truly a focal point in the heart of Lyonshall. After several years closed, we are making a substantial investment to see it refurbished and revitalised with an exciting new sense of purpose. As well as the staples of a viable pub (great food and drink), there will be a cinema and space to make this a great venue for parties, special occasions and weddings.
